- Cooperation with the Abu Ghraib Centre and the Iba Centre in conducting experiments aimed at determining the productivity of ACSAD-developed varieties of hard and soft wheat and barley, with a view to testing and selecting varieties that are suited to local conditions and to supplying Iraq with limited quantities of cultivated seeds of ACSAD-developed varieties of wheat and barley.
والمهمة الجديدة لوزارة النفط العراقية هي التصدي للتحدي الاجتماعي والسياسي والتجاري المتمثل في العودة بقطاع النفط العراقي إلى صدارة قطاع النفط العالمي، تحقيقا لصالح الشعب العراقي.

- التعاون مع مركز أبو غريب ومركز إباء في تنفيذ تجارب الكفاءة الإنتاجية لسلالات مركز أكساد من القمح القاسي والطري والشعير بهدف اختبار وانتخاب السلالات الملائمة للظروف المحلية، إضافة إلى تزويد العراق بكميات محدودة من بذور السربي لسلالات مركز أكساد من القمح والشعير، ولا يزال التعاون مستمرا في هذا المجال.
