Every person who seduces and deflowers a young girl after promising to marry her shall be liable to a term of up to five years' imprisonment and/or a fine not exceeding LS 300, unless the act warrants a more severe penalty.
من أغوى فتاة بوعد الزواج ففض بكارتها عوقب، إذا كان الفعل لا يستوجب عقاباً أشد، بالحبس حتى خمس سنوات وبغرامة أقصاها ثلاثمائة ليرة أو بإحدى العقوبتين.
