Palestine recommended putting an end to its occupation of the Palestinian and Arab territories, as occupation is the most severe form of human rights violations; reporting to the Council on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, being responsible as an occupying power; adhering to the realization of the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people in line with its commitments as a party to both the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; adhering to the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the construction of the wall; recognizing the right to return for the Palestinian refugees to their homeland in line with the Fourth Geneva Convention; immediately halting all settlement activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory; stopping the misuse and destruction of the natural and agricultural resources of the Palestinian people; abolishing the illegal annexation of East Jerusalem, and all measures taken to “Judaize” the city and obliterate its Arabic, Christian and Muslim nature; ensuring freedom of worship and access to worshipers; immediately releasing all Palestinian prisoners and administrative detainees; abolishing all procedures legitimizing the use of torture in line with its commitment to the Convention against Torture and immediately halting extra-judicial killings; removing all military checkpoints in the West Bank to enable Palestinians to enjoy their rights to education, freedom of movement and health; putting an end to the policy of collective punishment against Palestinians; lifting the closure and siege imposed over the Palestinian territories, namely over the occupied Gaza Strip; and implementing all resolutions and recommendations of the Council and all special rapporteurs, including those of the Special Rapporteurs on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 and the Special Committee on the Israeli practices in the Arab land occupied in 1967, in addition to extending full cooperation with them.
والمتعلق بوقف بناء الجدار وإزالته؛ والاعتراف بحق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في العودة إلى ديارهم إعمالاً لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة؛ ووقف أنشطتها الاستيطانية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة ووقف استغلال وتدمير المصادر الطبيعية والزراعية للشعب الفلسطيني؛ وإلغاء إجراءاتها غير القانونية بضم القدس الشرقية وتهويدها وطمس معالمها العربية المسيحية والإسلامية، وضمان حرية العبادة ووصول المصلين؛ وإطلاق سراح كافة الأسرى والمعتقلين والموقوفين الإداريين؛ وإلغاء قراراتها التي تشرع التعذيب تماشياً مع التزاماتها بموجب اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب والامتناع عن ممارسة القتل خارج إطار القانون؛ ورفع وإزالة كافة الحواجز العسكرية لتمكين المواطنين من ممارسة حقهم في حرية التنقل وحقهم في التعليم والصحة؛ ووقف إجراءات العقاب الجماعي والحصار المفروض على الأراضي الفلسطينية وخاصة قطاع غزة المحتل، وتنفيذ القرارات والتوصيات الصادرة عن مجلس حقوق الإنسان والمقررين الخاصين بمن فيهم المقرر الخاص المعني بالأراضي الفلسطينية واللجنة الخاصة المعنية بالممارسات الإسرائيلية في الأراضي العربية المحتلة منذ عام 1967 بالإضافة إلى إبداء التعاون معهم.
