• (a) That she is an only full sister;
  (أ) أن تكون واحدة.
• Full sister: A full sister has a share of one half of the estate, provided that three conditions are met:
  الأخت لأبوين: الأخت الشقيقة فرضها نصف التركة وذلك مشروط بثلاث شروط:
• You're full of surprises, sister.
  أنت مليئة بالمفاجآت يا أختاه
• Consanguine sister: A consanguine sister has one half where there is no full sister.
  الأخت لأب: للأخت لأب النصف عند عدم وجود الأخت الشقيقة.
• You know full well we're not sisters. We're married.
  أنت تعلم أننا لسنا أختان نحن متزوجتان
• full brothers and sisters and half brothers and sisters (having the same mother or father);
  (ج) الاخوة والأخوات الأشقاء أو غير الأشقاء (من الأب أو الأم)؛
• The mother shall have right of custody, failing which the paternal grandmother shall have that right, followed by the full sister, the uterine sister, the consanguine sister, the full daughter, the maternal niece, the paternal niece, maternal aunts and paternal aunts in that order, followed next by male agnates in order of inheritance.
  حق الحضانة للأم فلأمها وإن علت، فلأم الأب وإن علت، فللأخت الشقيقة؛ فللأخت لأم، فللأخت لأب، فلبنت الشقيقة، فبنت الأخت لأم، فبنت الأخت لأب، فللخالات، فللعمات بهذا الترتيب، ثم للعصبات من الذكور على ترتيب الإرث.
• The lawful share is statutory portion of the heir in the estate and the order of inheritance shall begin with the Qur'anic heirs (ashab al-fari'id), namely: the father, the agnatic grandfather and otherwise the maternal uncle, followed by the maternal aunt, the husband, the wife, any granddaughters by a son, the full sisters, the consanguine sisters, the mother and the true grandmother.
  الأب، الجد العصبي وإن علا، الأخ لأم، الأخت لأم، الزوج، الزوجة - البنات بنات الابن وإن نزل، الأخوات لأب وأم، الأخوات لأب، الأم، الجدة الثابتة وإن علت.
• I mean, we have to be full-on brother and sister, right?
  أعني، لابد أننا أشقاء فعلاً، أليس كذلك؟
• A marriage may not be contracted between the following persons: An ascendant and a descendant in the direct line; A brother and a sister of full or half blood; Persons related by affinity in the direct line; An adopter and the adopted or a descendant and the husband and wife of the adopted person.
