    الحق في حرية الفكر والعقيدة والدين: لقد كفل الإسلام حرية الفكر والعقيدة والدين بأن جعل للإنسان الحق في اختيار ما يؤدي إليه تفكيره ويستقر عليه وجدانه من عقيدة دون إكراه عملاً بقولـه تعالى: "لا إكراه في الدين، قد تبين الرشد من الغي" (البقرة: 256).
