All these programmes, together with other types of programmes and services, must be offered without any form of discrimination between the sexes, except in respect of the specific characteristics and attributes with which they have been endowed by the Great and Almighty God, and they must also have due regard for all the circumstances of rural, desert and urban areas.
وخلال تقديم كل هذه البرامج، وغيرها من البرامج والخدمات، لا يجوز مطلقاً التمييز بين الجنسين إلا فيما خص الله سبحانه وتعالى كل جنس بخصائص وصفات، كما تراعى كل اعتبارات المناطق الريفية والبدوية والحضرية.
