  ويُحظر على رب العمل أن يُنهي عقد عمل امرأة حامل أو شخص يتولى تربية طفل يقل عمره عن ثلاث سنوات، إلا في حالة تصفية شركة أو وكالة أو أي منظمة أخرى، وإعلان إفلاس رب العمل، أو نتائج عمل غير مرضية أثناء فترة اختبار، أو انتهاك الموظف لواجبات عمله، أو فقدان الثقة في الموظف، أو صدور عمل بذيء عن الموظف، أو استخداملتعاقد مع موظف يعمل لكامل الوقت.
