• Freight container means an article of transport equipment that is of a permanent character and accordingly strong enough to be suitable for repeated use; specially designed to facilitate the transport of goods, by one or other modes of transport, without intermediate reloading: designed to be secured and /or readily handled, having fittings for these purposes, and approved in accordance with the International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC), 1972, as amended.
  تعني حاوية الشحن أداة من معدات النقل ذات طابع دائم وبالتالي متينة بما يكفي لتصلح للاستخدام المتكرر، ومصممة خصيصاً لتسهيل نقل البضائع، بوسيطة أو بأخرى من وسائط النقل، دون إعادة شحن وسيطة، ومصممة لكي تؤمن و/أو تسهل المناولة، وبها تجهيزات لهذه الأغراض، ومعتمدة وفقاً للاتفاقية الدولية لسلامة الحاويات، 1972 بعد تعديلها.

• The Ministry of Industrial Policy, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Interior, the Security Service, the Ministry of Health, the National Academy of Science, the Academy of Medical Science, the State Committee for Nuclear Regulation, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and the Ministry of Agricultural Policy shall take steps to increase the level of protection of vulnerable facilities under the physical protection system and to complete an inventory of articles, materials, equipment and technology which could be used to produce weapons of mass destruction and also conventional weapons and means of delivery, so as to prevent terrorist groups from gaining access to them;
  تتخذ وزارة السياسات الصناعية ووزارة الدفاع ووزارة الداخلية وإدارة الأمن ووزارة الصحة والأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم وأكاديمية العلوم الطبية واللجنة الحكومية للضوابط في المجال النووي ووزارة البترول والطاقة ووزارة السياسة الزراعية باتخاذ خطوات لتعزيز حماية المنشآت المعرضة للخطر في إطار نظام الحماية المادية، وبإكمال جرد المواد والمعدات والتكنولوجيا التي قد تستخدم لإنتاج أسلحة الدمار الشامل ووسائل إيصالها والأسلحة التقليدية وذلك لمنع المجموعات الإرهابية من الحصول عليها؛
• In this regard, the Guide pursues a policy shared by modern national legal systems (e.g. articles 2736-2742 of the Quebec Civil Code and article 9-207 to 9-210 of the Uniform Commercial Code), regional model laws (e.g. article 15 of the EBRD Model Law and article 33 of the Inter-American Model Law), and international conventions dealing with international sales (i.e. article 6 of the CISG) or some aspect of secured transactions in movable assets (e.g. article 11.1 of the United Nations Assignment Convention and article 16 of the Mobile Equipment Convention).
  وفي هذا الصدد، يتبع الدليل سياسة يتشاطرها العديد من النظم القانونية الوطنية الحديثة (كالمواد 2736-2742 من مدونة القوانين المدنية لكيبيك والمواد من 9-207 إلى 9-210 من القانون التجاري الموحد) والقوانين النموذجية الإقليمية (كالمادة 15 من القانون النموذجي الصادر عن المصرف الأوروبي للإنشاء والتعمير، والمادة 33 من القانون النموذجي لمنظمة الدول الأمريكية) والاتفاقيات الدولية التي تتناول البيع الدولي (مثل المادة 6 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بشأن عقود البيع الدولي للبضائع) أو جانبا من جوانب المعاملات المضمونة في الموجودات المنقولة (كالمادة 11-1 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لإحالة المستحقات في التجارة الدولية والمادة 16 من اتفاقية المعدات المنقولة).
• Under paragraph 10 of the aforementioned Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Industrial Policy, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Interior, the Security Service, the Ministry of Health, the National Academy of Science, the Academy of Medical Science, the State Committee for Nuclear Regulation, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and the Ministry of Agricultural Policy are instructed to take steps to increase the level of protection of vulnerable facilities under the physical protection system and to complete an inventory of articles, materials, equipment and technology which could be used to produce weapons of mass destruction and also conventional weapons and means of delivery, so as to prevent terrorist groups from gaining access to them.
  وبمقتضى الفقرة 10 من القرار المذكور أعلاه الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء الأوكراني، أعطيت تعليمات إلى وزارة السياسة الصناعية ووزارة الدفاع ووزارة الداخلية والأجهزة الأمنية ووزارة الصحة والأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم وأكاديمية العلوم الطبية والهيئة العامة لضبط المواد النووية ووزارة الوقود والطاقة ووزارة السياسية الزراعية، بالقيام بخطوات لرفع مستوى حماية المنشآت المعرضة بمقتضى نظام الحماية المادي والانتهاء من وضع قائمة بالأغراض والمواد والمعدات والتكنولوجيا التي يمكن استخدامها في إنتاج أسلحة الدمار الشامل والأسلحة التقليدية ووسائل إيصالها، وذلك بغية منع المجموعات الإرهابية من الحصول عليها.
