Paragraph 1 of Article 53 of the legislative decree no 149/83 granted the female employees in the foreign service the right to ask to be in provisional retirement in order to take care of their newborns, and the right to equality in pre-nuptial authorization.
ومنحت الفقرة الأولى من المادة 53 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 149/83، الموظفة العاملة في السلك الخارجي الحق في طلب وضعها في الاستيداع للاعتناء بمولودها والمساواة في الإذن السابق للزواج.
