Its geographical features are typical of a region of steppe, desert and semi-desert, while in the east Uzbekistan abuts upon the spurs of the Pamir-Alai mountain range.
ويتكون هذا البلد من منطقة سهلية ومنطقة شبه قاحلة ومنطقة صحراوية. وتتاخم حدوده الشرقية بداية ملتقى جبال ألتاي وسلسلة مرتفعات بامير.
