Takes note of the successful organisation of the second international symposium on “Islamic Civilization in Volga-Ural Region” in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, on 24-26 June 2005, under the patronage of H.E. Mintimer Shaimiev, President of Tatarstan, jointly with academic institutions of the Russian Federation and Tatarstan, and other contributions of the Centre to the 1000th anniversary of Kazan city, and expresses its appreciation of the medal presented by the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to the Director General of IRCICA in recognition of these contributions;
يسجل تقديره لنجاح تنظيم الندوة الدولية الثانية حول ”الحضارة الإسلامية في منطقة فولغار اورال“ في قازان، جمهورية تتارستان، في الفترة من 24 إلى 26 حزيران/يونيه 2005 تحت رعاية فخامة الرئيس منتمير شامييف، رئيس تتارستان، بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية في الاتحاد الروسي وتتارستان وكذلك مساهمات المركز الأخرى في إحياء ألفية مدينة قازان ويعرب عن تهنئته إلى مدير عام المركز لحصوله على ميدالية من الاتحاد الروسي وجمهورية تتارستان تقديراً لتلك الإسهامات.
