Article 198 CPS provides, moreover, for the prosecution (upon complaint) of anyone alleged to have importuned a person through sexual interference or the use of obscene language.
وتتيح المادة 198 من قانون العقوبات السويسري الملاحقة بناء على الشكوى كل من ضايق شخص بعمل من أعمال الجنس أو بالتلفظ بألفاظ خارجة.

(e) Obscene acts: obscene acts are acts which offend against public morals or decency, including nudity, deliberate exposure of the genitals and the use of obscene language and gestures.
(ه( الفعل الفاضح: الفعل الفاضح المخل بالحياء هو كل فعل ينافي الآداب العامة أو يخدش الحياء ومن ذلك التعري وكشف العورة المتعمد والقول والإشارة المخل بالحياء والمنافي للآداب.

Under articles 274 and 275 of the Code of Offences and Penalties, a term of up to six months' imprisonment or a fine will be imposed on anyone who commits obscene acts (acts which offend against public morals or decency, including nudity, deliberately showing the genitalia, using obscene language or making obscene gestures) which can be seen or heard by others. A term of up to one year's imprisonment or a fine will furthermore be imposed on anyone who commits a lewd act with a female against her will. If the act was committed with the female's consent, both persons are liable to a penalty of up to six months' imprisonment or a fine of up to YRIs 1,000.
جاء في قانون الجرائم والعقوبات في المواد 274 و275 معاقبة مرتكبي الفعل الفاضح المخل بالحياء (وهو الفعل الذي ينافي الآداب العامة أو يخدش الحياء) ومن ذلك (التعري وكشف العورة المتعمد والقول والإشارة المخلة بالحياء والمنافي للآداب) بأن يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر أو بالغرامة كل من أتى فعلاً فاضحاً علانية بحيث يراه أو يسمعه الآخرون، وكذلك يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنة أو بالغرامة كل من أتى فعلاً فاضحاً مع أنثى بغير رضاها فإذا كان الفعل عن رضى منها يعاقب الاثنان بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر أو بالغرامة التي لا تتجاوز ألف ريال.
