يجوز لرئيس اللجنة ونائب الرئيس ممارسة حق التصويت.

(a) The Chairman of a subsidiary body may exercise the right to vote;
(أ) يجوز لرئيس أية هيئة فرعية أن يمارس الحق في التصويت؛

(c) The Chairperson of a subsidiary body may exercise the right to vote.
(ج) يجوز لرئيس الهيئة الفرعية أن يمارس حقه في التصويت.

(c) The Chairmen of the Bureau, Credentials Committee and working groups may exercise the right to vote in those bodies;
(ج) لرئيس المكتب ورئيس لجنة وثائق التفويض ورؤساء الأفرقة العاملة أن يمارسوا حق التصويت في تلك الهيئات؛

(أ) لرؤساء الهيئات الفرعية، عدا اللجنة الجامعة، ممارسة حق التصويت؛

ويحدد القانون المذكور شروط ممارسة الحق في الاقتراع وفي تنظيم المشاورات الاستفتائية والانتخابية.
