The Committee welcomes the information according to which, following its examination of the second periodic report of Kyrgyzstan, the State party's Government adopted, in 2004, a global matrix of activities for implementing the Committee's final comments, and invites the State party to do so with regard to the present concluding observations.
وترحب اللجنة بالمعلومات التي تفيد أن حكومة الدولة الطرف قد اعتمدت في عام 2004، في أعقاب دراسة اللجنة للتقرير الثاني لقيرغيزستان، مصفوفة شاملة للأنشطة الرامية إلى تنفيذ الملاحظات الختامية للجنة، وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تسير على نفس المنوال فيما يتعلق بهذه الملاحظات الختامية.

(b) The timely provision of relief, logistics, funding and contingency planning was fostered by increasing from 10 to 28 the number of early warning reports in the form of in-depth country/regional analyses (supplemented by 14 early warning alerts, 22 biweekly news summaries and 14 updates of the global risk matrix).
(ب) وعُزّز توفير الإغاثة والنقل والإمداد والتمويل والتخطيط لحالات الطوارئ بزيادة عدد تقارير الإنذار المبكر التي ترد في شكل تحليلات قطرية/إقليمية متعمقة من عشرة تقارير إلى 28 تقريرا (وقد استُكملت هذه التقارير بـ 14 إنذارا مبكرا و 22 موجزا إخباريا يقدم كل أسبوعين، فضلا عن مصفوفة المخاطر العالمية التي استكملت 14 مرة).

The Chairman said that the Counter-Terrorism Committee was attempting to facilitate the provision of counter-terrorism assistance to Member States for capacity-building, including by preparing a matrix of global requests which reflected the assistance needs identified through the Committee's implementation monitoring process.
الرئيس: قال إن لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب تحاول تسهيل عملية تزويد الدول الأعضاء بالمساعدة اللازمة لبناء القدرات في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب، بما في ذلك عن طريق إعداد جدول بالطلبات العالمية يبين احتياجات المساعدة التي تم حصرها من خلال عملية رصد التنفيذ التي تضطلع بها اللجنة.
