9.6 (a) Strengthened capacity of developing countries, especially the least developed countries and countries with economies in transition, to routinely collect, compile, store, analyse and disseminate official statistics and indicators in the economic, social, demographic and environmental fields with improved quality, usefulness and accessibility, including the indicators for follow-up to United Nations conferences and for monitoring progress towards the internationally agreed development goals, including those contained in the United Nations Millennium Declaration and in the outcomes of the major United Nations conferences and international agreements since 1992.
9-6 (أ) تعزيز قدرات البلدان النامية، وبخاصة أقل البلدان نموا والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، على القيام بصورة منتظمة بجمع وتصنيف وتخزين وتحليل ونشر الإحصاءات والمؤشرات الرسمية في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والديمغرافية والبيئية، مع تحسين نوعيتها وجدواها وإمكانية الاطلاع عليها، بما في ذلك المؤشرات المتعلقة بمتابعة مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة ورصد التقدم المحرز صوب تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية المتفق عليها دوليا، بما فيها الأهداف الواردة في إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن الألفية وفي نتائج المؤتمرات الرئيسية التي عقدتها الأمم المتحدة منذ عام 1992 وفي الاتفاقات الدولية المبرمة منذئذ.
