وتنص بعض القوانين أيضا على أن بعض الاحالات، ومنها تحويل ملكية الأرض، ستكون معفاة من الإبطال بموجب هذه الفئة من المعاملات اذا كانت الاحالة قد تمت بنيّة حسنة وبقيمة جيدة ولم يكن المستفيد على علم أو ادراك بأي نية في الاحتيال.
