2.6 The other relevant judgment of the Supreme Court, dated 6 April 2000, relates to the case of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions v. Björn Kristjánsson, Svavar Gudnason and Hyrnó Ltd (the Vatneyri case).
2-6 أما الحكم الثاني ذو الصلة الذي صدر عن المحكمة العليا في 6 نيسان/أبريل 2000 فيتعلق بقضية إدارة النيابات العامة ضد بجورن كريستجانسون وسافار غودناسون وشركة هيرنو المحدودة (قضية فاتنيري).

The goal of the amendment directive is to harmonize the Gender Equality Directive with the relevant judgments of the European Court of Justice and the new proposals of the Commission for anti-discrimination measures on the basis of the Treaty of Amsterdam.
ويتمثل هدف التعديل في التوفيق بين التوجيه الخاص بتكافؤ الفرص والأحكام ذات الصلة لمحكمة العدل الأوروبية والاقتراحات الجديدة للجنة المعنية بتدابير مناهضة التمييز على أساس معاهدة أمستردام.

(h) To observe the safeguards guaranteeing protection of the rights of those facing the death penalty and to comply fully with their international obligations, in particular with those under article 36 of the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, particularly the right to receive information on consular assistance within the context of a legal procedure, as affirmed by the jurisprudence of the International Court of Justice and confirmed in recent relevant judgments;
(ح) أن تراعي الضمانات الكفيلة بحماية حقوق من يواجهون عقوبة الإعدام، وأن تمتثل امتثالاً تاماً لالتزاماتها الدولية، ولا سيما التزاماتها بمقتضى المادة 36 من اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات القنصلية لعام 1963، وخاصةً الحق في تلقي معلومات عن المساعدة القنصلية في سياق إجراء قانوني، كما هو منصوص عليه في سوابق محكمة العدل الدولية ومؤكد في الأحكام التي صدرت في هذا الشأن مؤخراً؛

The Executive Branch is asked to provide its judgment on relevant criteria including whether approval of a proposed export would be inimical to the common defense and security of the U.S.
ويُسأل الفرع التنفيذي أن يعطي رأيه بشأن المعايير ذات الصلة بما في ذلك ما إذا كان إقرار التصدير المقترح مُنافيا لصالح الدفاع والأمن العام للولايات المتحدة.

Concerning the issues of the transfer of criminal proceedings and sentenced persons, notification of letters rogatory and recognition of the validity of foreign criminal judgment, no relevant legislations currently exist in the Republic of Korea.

ويقر المفهوم الحديث للوسائل والأساليب الوطنية بأن جميع الدول تحظى بإمكانية الحصول على المعلومات التي يمكن أن تكون ذات صلة بالتوصل إلى أحكام بشأن الامتثال - سواء كان من الدبلوماسيين في الخارج أو التقارير التي ترد من الجماعات المنشقة التي تكشف عدم امتثال حكوماتها أو من تقارير هيئات التفتيش الدولية أو السواتل التجارية أو الوسائل الأخرى.
