The Government appointed a National Psychiatric Care Coordinator in October 2003, whose tasks are to oversee issues related to methods, cooperation, resources, personnel and expertise in psychiatric care, social services and rehabilitation for people with serious mental illnesses and/or mental disabilities (ToR 2003:133).
وعينت الحكومة في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003 منسقاً وطنياً للرعاية النفسانية تتمثل مهامه في الإشراف على القضايا المتعلقة بالمناهج والتعاون والموارد والموظفين والخبرة في مجال الرعاية النفسانية والخدمات الاجتماعية وإعادة تأهيل الأشخاص الذين يعانون أمراضاً عقلية أو إعاقات عقلية خطيرة (ToR 2003:133).
