  اسم الوالدين ولقبهما وشهرتهما وجنسيتهما وديانتهما، ومحل إقامتهما، ومهنتهما، كما تحرر شهادة ميلاد للطفل المولود، وهذه الشهادة هي بمثابة شهادة قيد لتأكيد جنسيته، كما أن البيانات أعلاه تدون بسجلات رسمية لدى مصلحة الأحوال المدنية ويحدد القانون أن على الطفل أن يحمل اسمه واسم أبيه ولقبه.
