The Government has instituted an International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Award which is bestowed on a scientist from abroad who has made a significant contribution to the development of science and to human civilization in the name of international scientific exchanges and cooperation.
ولقد أنشأت الحكومة مكافأة دولية في مجال التعاون العلمي والتكنولوجي تُمْنَح لعالم أجنبي أسْهَمَ مساهمة كبيرة في تطور العلم والحضارة البشرية في إطار التبادل والتعاون العلميين على الصعيد الدولي.
