  (14) ويجوز إدراج تنازل صريح ضمن اتفاق تحكيمي مخصص يبرم من أجل حل نزاع قائم فعلاً أو ضمن معاهدة عامة تنص على تسوية المنازعات التي تنشأ في المستقبل بالتحكيم أو بشكل آخر من أشكال التسوية للمنازعات الدولية.
