These include 91 claims that have been deferred to later instalments, 37 “overlapping” or “stand alone” shareholder claims that will be processed in accordance with Governing Council decision 123 (S/AC.26/Dec.123 (2001)) and three claims that the Panel determined should be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Iraq (“Iraq”) for comments.
