(d) A change to the grade of material of construction provided that the permitted yield strength meets or exceeds that of the tested portable tank;

5 ter. It is prohibited to use anti-runway munitions against targets other than hard-stand runways, constructed from mass concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt or a combination of these, or from an equivalent material which yields the same compressive strength.

This Protocol does not apply to munitions which are designed exclusively as anti-runway munitions and that disperse or release explosive sub-munitions each of which weighs more than five kilograms, when used against hard-stand runways, constructed from mass concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt or a combination of these, or from an equivalent material which yields the same compressive strength.
لا ينطبق هذا البروتوكول على الذخائر المصمَّمة حصرياً كذخائر مضادة للمدارج تنثر أو تُطلق ذخائر فرعية متفجرة تزن كل منها أكثر من خمسة كيلوغرامات، وذلك عند استعمالها ضد مدارج صلبة مشيَّدة من الخرسانة الكتلية، أو من الخرسانة المسلحة، أو من الأسفلت، أو من خليط منها، أو من مادة معادلة تحدث مقاومة جهد الضغط نفسها.
