Sub-section 2(1) of the Security of Information Act defines a *prohibited place*: (a) any work of defence belonging to or occupied or used by or on behalf of Her Majesty, including arsenals, armed forces establishments or stations, factories, dockyards, mines, minefields, camps, ships, aircraft, telegraph, telephone, wireless or signal stations or offices, and places used for the purpose of building, repairing, making or storing any munitions of war or any sketches, plans, models or documents relating thereto, or for the purpose of getting any metals, oil or minerals of use in time of war, (b) any place not belonging to Her Majesty where any munitions of war or any sketches, plans, models or documents relating thereto are being made, repaired, obtained or stored under contract with, or with any person on behalf of, Her Majesty or otherwise on behalf of Her Majesty, and (c) any place that is for the time being declared by order of the Governor in Council to be a prohibited place on the ground that information with respect thereto or damage thereto would be useful to a foreign power.
(6) المادة الفرعية 2 (1): من قانون أمن المعلومات يعرف المكان المحظور بأنه (أ) أي معقل دفاعي يعود إلى صاحبة الجلالة أو تشغله أو تستخدمه بنفسها أو يشغل أو يستخدم نيابة عنها ويشمل الترسانات أو منشآت القوات المسلحة أو المحطات والمصانع والمسافن والمناجم وحقول الألغام والمعسكرات والسفن والطائرات ومنشآت أو مكاتب التلغراف أو الهاتف أو اللاسلكي أو الإشارة والأماكن المستخدمة بغرض بناء أو إصلاح أو تخزين أي ذخائر للحرب أو أي رسومات أو خطط أو نماذج أو وثائق تتصل بها أو لغرض الحصول على أي فلذات أو نفط أو معادن تستخدم في الحرب (ب) أي مكان لا يعود على صاحبة الجلالة يجري فيه تصنيع ذخائر الحرب ووضع الرسومات أو الخطط أو النماذج أو الوثائق التي تتصل بها أو إصلاحها أو الحصول عليها أو تخزينها بموجب عقد مبرم مع صاحبة الجلالة أو مع شخص باسمها أو بأي طريقة أخرى باسم صاحبة الجلالة و (ج) أي مكان أعلن في الوقت الحاضر عن طريق أمر صادر عن المحافظ بأنه مكان محظور على أساس أن المعلومات المتعلقة به أو أن تدميره يكون مفيدا لقوة أجنبية.
