• UNPOS is already creating a transitional security sector cell covering security sector reform, support to the Joint Security Committee and to the formation of the National Security Force and support to the development of police training and planning capacity, in coordination with UNDP, complementing existing programmes.
  ويعمل مكتب الأمم المتحدة السياسي للصومال بالفعل على إنشاء خلية أمنية انتقالية تغطي إصلاح القطاع الأمني، وتقدم الدعم إلى لجنة الأمن المشتركة، ولتشكيل قوة الأمن الوطني، وتقديم الدعم اللازم لتطوير تدريب الشرطة وبناء القدرات التخطيطية، بالتنسيق مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، بشكل يكّمل البرامج الحالية.
• (c) Transitional Justice Cell: 2 Human Rights Officers (1 P-4 and 1 National Officer) and 1 Human Rights Assistant (national General Service staff) responsible for: the provision of advice and assistance in the strengthening of transitional justice mechanisms and direct support to the Office of the Provedor for Human Rights and Justice in order to strengthen its capacity to investigate individual complaints; follow-up to the import of the Secretary-General on justice and reconciliation (community restoration and justice programmes) and the recommendations of the Independent Special Commission of Inquiry and for the promotion of the establishment of a follow-up mechanism to the Truth, Reception and Reconciliation Commission; coordination with key external partners, including the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Prosecutor-General, the secretariat of the follow-up mechanism to the Truth, Reception and Reconciliation Commission and relevant civil society organizations, in providing advice and assistance on the implementation of the recommendations of various transitional justice mechanisms;
  (ج) خلية العدالة الانتقالية: موظفان اثنان لشؤون حقوق الإنسان (أحدهما برتبة ف-4 والآخر موظف فني وطني) ومساعد في مجال حقوق الإنسان (هو موظف وطني من فئة الخدمات العامة) مسؤولون عن: إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة في مجال تعزيز آليات العدالة الانتقالية وتقديم الدعم المباشر لمكتب أمين حقوق الإنسان والعدالة بهدف تعزيز قدرته على التحقيق في الشكاوى الفردية، ومتابعة تقرير الأمين العام عن العدالة والمصالحة (برنامج إعادة بناء المجتمعات المحلية وبرنامج العدالة) وتوصيات اللجنة المستقلة الخاصة للتحقيق، والعمل على إنشاء آلية لمتابعة لجنة الحقيقة والاستقبال والمصالحة؛ والتنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين الرئيسيين، ومن بينهم وزارة العدل ومكتب المدعي العام وأمانة آلية متابعة لجنة الحقيقة والاستقبال والمصالحة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني في إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة بشأن تنفيذ توصيات مختلف آليات العدالة الانتقالية؛
