  (ز) كل عسكري يقدم قصداً وبأي وسيلة كانت على حرق أو هدم أو إتلاف أبنية وإنشاءات أو مستودعات أو مجاري الماء أو خطوط حديدية أو خطوط ومراكز البرق والهاتف أو مراكز الطيران أو سفن وبواخر ومراكب أو أي شيء غير منقول من أشياء الجيش أو من الأشياء التي تستعمل في الدفاع الوطني (المادة 137 عقوبات عسكرية)؛
