14.14 The Rural Economic Diversification Incentives Project (REDIP) which began in 1998 is an agricultural and business development project which seeks to facilitate Agricultural Diversification through investment in the Agricultural Sector. REDIP aims at addressing the problem of unavailability of capital and the shortage entrepreneurial skills in the rural sector.
