• The foundations of Kazakhstan's export control system were laid in March 1993 with the adoption of Decision No. 183 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kazakhstan “On the export and import of nuclear material, technology, equipment and facilities, special non-nuclear material, dual-use equipment, materials and technology, sources of radioactive emanation and isotope products”.
  ووضعت في آذار/مارس 1993 الأسس التي يقوم عليها النظام الذي تأخذ به كازاخستان في الرقابة على الصادرات، وذلك من خلال اعتماد القرار رقم 183 الصادر عن مجلس وزراء كازاخستان ”بشأن تصدير واستيراد المواد والتكنولوجيا والمعدات والمرافق النووية، والمواد غير النووية الخاصة، والمعدات والمواد والتكنولوجيا ذات الاستعمال المزدوج، ومصادر الإشعاع، والمنتجات النظائرية“.
• Takes note of the Report of the First Meeting of Littoral Member States to consider the problem of nuclear, radioactive and toxic wastes emanating from ships that pass through the territorial waters of these States and the bordering maritime zones, and calls on these States to implement the recommendations therein and to continue studying this problem.
