In this regard, we note the decision of the High Level Committee on Programmes of the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination to create an open-ended network for the purpose of reviewing joint and overlapping ongoing activities, supporting related deliberations of the international consultative process, and pursing important time-bound initiatives.
وفي هذا السياق، نحيط علما بقرار اللجنة الرفيعة المستوي المعنية بالبرامج والتابعة لمجلس الرؤساء التنفيذيين للتنسيق في منظومة الأمم المتحدة بإنشاء شبكة عمـل مفتوحة باب العضوية لغرض استعراض الأنشطة الجارية المشتركة والمتداخلة، ودعم المداولات ذات الصلة التي تجريها العملية التشاورية الدولية، ومتابعة المبادرات الهامة المحددة زمنيا.

The mechanism was named UN-Oceans, and it operates as a flexible mechanism to review joint and overlapping ongoing activities and to support related deliberations of the Informal Consultative Process, coordinating as far as possible its meetings with those of the Informal Consultative Process.
وسُميت هذه الآلية شبكــــة المحيطات والمناطق الساحلية UN-OCEANS وهي تعمل كآلية مرنة لاستعراض الأنشطة الجارية المشتركة والمتداخلة ولتقديم الدعم لمداولات العملية التشاورية غير الرسمية المتصلة بها، وتنسيق اجتماعاتها قدر الإمكان مع اجتماعات هذه العملية.
