• As part of the implementation of the tasks under the Strategic Plan for Administrative Decentralization and the State recommendations on the macrostructure of local administration, as approved by the Council of Ministers, the decentralization and local governance project was drafted with the support of the UNDP.
  وفي إطار إقرار مهام الخطة الاستراتيجية المتعلقة لتخفيف تركيز السلطات وتطبيق اللامركزية في الميدان الإداري وتوصيات الدولة بشأن البنية الكلية للإدارة المحلية، التي نالت موافقة مجلس الوزراء، أُعد مشروع تطبيق اللامركزية والحكم المحلي بدعم من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي.
• The Redtours initiative strategy comprises action at three levels: (a) the first level targets microenterprises and community enterprises in terms of training, product quality and information; (b) the second (intermediary) level addresses groups (communities and municipalities) with a view to improving their capacities in terms of institutions and cooperation; and (c) the third level addresses the public and political macrostructure.
  وتنفَّذ استراتيجية مبادرة "Redtours" على ثلاثة مستويات كما يلي: (أ) المستوى الأول يُعنى بالمشاريع البالغة الصغر والمشاريع المجتمعية في ميدان التدريب ونوعية المنتجات والإعلام؛ (ب) المستوى الثاني (المستوى المتوسط) يتعلق بالجماعات (المجتمعات والبلديات) بهدف تحسين قدراتها المؤسسية والتعاونية؛ (ج) المستوى الثالث يُعنى بالهيكل الكلي العام والسياسي.
