The representative of Cuba orally revised the draft resolution by modifying the seventh preambular paragraph by inverting the order of the seventh and eighth preambular paragraphs and by deleting the penultimate paragraph, as well as by modifying paragraph 20.
ونقّح ممثل كوبا شفوياً مشروع القرار بتعديل الفقرة السابعة من ديباجته، وعكس ترتيب الفقرتين السابعة والثامنة منها، وحذف الفقرة قبل الأخيرة منها، وتعديل الفقرة 20 من منطوقه.

As far as article 8 is concerned, in its paragraph 1, for the purpose of a future revised text, it was decided to delete the words “and areas under their jurisdiction” in the chapeau of paragraph 1, to invert the order of (i) and (ii) and to start the second subparagraph (according to the agreed reversed order) with the words “in particular”.
وفيما يتعلق بالمادة 8، ولغرض النص المنقَّح في المستقبل، تقرر حذف عبارة “وفي المناطق الخاضعة لولايتها” الواردة في استهلال الفقرة 1، وقلب ترتيب `1' و `2' وبدء الفقرة الفرعية الثانية (وفقا للترتيب المقلوب المتفق عليه) بعبارات “على وجه الخصوص”.

With respect to paragraph 46, it was suggested that the reference to recommendation 81, subparagraph (a), should track its language more closely (“sold in the ordinary course of the sellers' business … violates the rights of the secured creditor under the security agreement”) and to ensure a better flow between the first and the third sentence inverting their order.
فيما يتعلق بالفقرة 46، اقترح أن تكون الإشارة إلى الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من التوصية 81 أقرب إلى صياغة تلك الفقرة ("بيعت في السياق العادي لعمل البائعين ينتهك حقوق الدائن المضمون بموجب الاتفاق الضماني")، ويكون فيها تحسين لسلاسة الانتقال فيما بين الجملة الأولى والجملة الثالثة بتغيير ترتيبهما.
