  وفي هذا الصدد تؤكد بلادي على ضرورة تطبيق قراري مجلس الأمن 242 (1967) و 338 (1973) القاضيين بانسحاب إسرائيل من الأراضي العربية التي احتلتها منذ شهر حزيران/يونيه 1967، بما فيها القدس الشريف، وكذلك تطبيق قرار الجمعية العامة 194 (د-3) والقاضي، في الفقرة 11 من منطوقه، بحق اللاجئين في العودة إلى ديارهم وممتلكاتهم ليعيشوا في سلام في وطنهم الذي حدد إطاره القرار 1397 (2002) لوضع حد لدوامة العنف وعدم الاستقرار في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
