  (أ) سفر الخبيرة المستقلة لثلاث رحلات إلى جنيف سنويا (كل منها لمدة 5 أيام) لإجراء مشاورات/لحضور الاجتماع السنوي للإجراءات الخاصة ولتقديم تقرير إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان، وكذلك للقيام بمهمتين ميدانيتين سنويا تقدر مدة كل منهما بـ 10 أيــــــــام (بـ 600 85 دولار كل سنتين)؛

  (أ) قيام المقرر الخاص بثلاث رحلات إلى جنيف كل سنة (كل منها لمدة خمسة أيام) لإجراء مشاورات/لحضور الاجتماع السنوي للإجراءات الخاصة، وتقديم تقرير إلى المجلس، والقيام ببعثتين ميدانيتين كل سنة، تقدر مدة كل منهما ﺑ 10 أيام (000 44 دولار في السنة)؛
