• Article 353.   المادة 353 - وأي شخص يقوم بإزالـــة أو إخفـــاء أو تعطيل مواد أو أجهزة أو حفارات أو معدات أخرى تستخدم فـــي إطفـــاء النيــــران أو منعها بهدف الحيلولة دون إطفاء النيران أو تعطيـــــل الآليات التي تستخدم لمنع غرق سفينة أو تحطمها، يعاقب بالحبس لمدة تتراوح بين 6 و 30 شهرا.
