• In Latin America, UNU/INWEH has been awarded a two-year contract by the Canadian International Development Agency and the Government of Colombia to assist in the development of a national accreditation programme for environmental analytical laboratories in Colombia and to strengthen the capacities of the physical-chemical laboratory of the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies.
