• Endorse the results of the fourth session of the Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization held in Doha, Qatar, and do our utmost to ensure that the new round of negotiations includes development-related issues and leads to success in many important areas such as the opening up of developed markets to agricultural commodities, textiles and other products, special and differential treatment, dispute settlement, services and implementation-related issues, in order to advance on the path to the consolidation of a multilateral trade system that is more just, transparent and equitable.
