  لا يسمح القاضي، عن معرفة منه، لموظفي المحكمة أو آخرين خاضعين لنفوذه أو إدارته أو سيطرته بأن يميزوا بين الأشخاص المعنيين في مسألة ينظر فيها القاضي بناء على أي سبب غير ذي صلة.
