The consent of the Government of Hungary to the opening of the “Bureau” and the use of Hungarian territory against a third country is unprecedented in international relations. Far from being in line with the principles of good-neighbourliness and respect for the principles of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which Hungary purports to maintain, it is reminiscent of some other times, long gone by, when Hungary, a pawn of extraneous factors and guided by different motivations, served as a centre of subversion and pressure against Yugoslavia.
إن موافقة حكومة هنغاريا على فتح “المكتب” واستخدام الأراضي الهنغارية ضد بلد ثالث أمر لم يسبق له مثيل في العلاقات الدولية، ولا يتمشى بالمرة مع مبادئ حُسن الجوار واحترام مبادئ منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا التي تدَّعي هنغاريا أنها تحافظ عليها، ويعيدنا إلى فترات ولَّت عندما كانت هنغاريا، التي كانت أداة لعناصر خارجية تحركها دوافع مختلفة، تُستخدم كمركز للتخريب والضغط ضد يوغوسلافيا.
