Inspections are carried out by the Occupational Safety and Health Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security on a routine basis or at the request of employers and/or workers. The safety and health conditions are verified in situ; re-inspection visits are made to verify compliance with the recommendations resulting from the first visit; the safety and health inspections cover assessments of exposure to noise, heat or light stress, and chemicals, the review and approval of the construction plans for premises intended for use as workplaces, inspections of boilers, including the condition of steam generators, and the investigation of fatal or extremely serious accidents.
وتقوم دائرة السلامة المهنية والسلامة الصحية التابعة لوزارة العمل والضمان الاجتماعي بعمليات التفتيش على أسس روتينية أو بناء على طلب أرباب العمل و/أو العاملين ويجري التحقق من ظروف السلامة والصحة في عين المكان؛ وتجري زيارات إعادة التفتيش للتحقق من الامتثال للتوصيات الناجمة عن الزيارة الأولى، وتشمل عمليات تفتيش السلامة والصحة تقييم التعرض للضوضاء، والسخونة أو إجهاد الضوء، والكيماويات، واستعراض والموافقة على خطط بناء الأماكن التي ينتظر أن تستخدم كأماكن للعمل، وتفتيش المراجل، بما في ذلك ظروف مولدات البخار، وتفتيش الحوادث المميتة أو الخطيرة جداً.
