5 harmful working conditions in which pregnant or breast-feeding female workers (i.e. mothers of babies under 12 months) and juvenile female labour cannot be used: in contact with electromagnetic field exceeding allowed limit; in direct contact with chemicals the accumulation of which inside the human body are harmful to the cell transformation and easily result in miscarriages, premature deliveries, placenta infections, birth defects, adversely affected breast milk, respiratory infections; workplace temperature is 45 Celsius degree or higher during summer and 40 Celsius degree or higher during winter, or under excessive heat radiation; environments where the amplitude of vibration is higher than allowed; inflexible or oxygen-short working positions.
- 5 ظروف عمل ضارة لا يمكن فيها تشغيل العاملات الحوامل أو المرضعات (أي الأمهات اللواتي تقل أعمار أطفالهن عن الـ 12 شهرا) والشابات: التعرض لحقل كهرمغنطيسي يتجاوز الحد المسموح به؛ والتعرض المباشر لمواد كيميائية يلحق تراكمها في جسم الإنسان الضرر بتحول الخلايا ويؤدي بسهولة إلى إجهاضات غير طوعية وولادات مبكرة والتهابات المشيمة وعاهات ولادية وتأثيرات سلبية على لبن الأم والتهابات رئوية؛ وأماكن العمل التي تبلغ فيها الحرارة 45 درجة مئوية أو أكثر في الصيف و40 درجة مئوية أو أكثر في الشتاء أو التي تتعرض لإشعاعات تدفئة مفرطة؛ والبيئات التي يزيد فيها مدى الارتجاج على الحد المسموح به؛ ومواقع العمل غير المرنة والتي ينقصها الأوكسجين.
