In that connection, we urge participating countries to use international instruments, in accordance with their internal legal systems, as the legal basis for requests for extradition and mutual legal assistance and invite States to consider establishing central national INTERPOL offices within their police forces and adopting effective measures to make greater use of INTERPOL Red Notices and to use the INTERPOL I-24/7 communications system and integrated solutions as alternative channels for the transmittal of requests for the exchange of information;
وفي هذا الصدد، فإننا نحثّ البلدان المشاركة على أن تستخدم الصكوك الدولية، وفقاً لقوانينها الداخلية، كأساس قانوني عند تقديم طلبات تسليم المجرمين وإسداء المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، وندعو الدول إلى النظر في إنشاء مكاتب وطنية مركزية للمنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول) ضمن أجهزة الشرطة لديها، وكذلك اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لزيادة استخدام النشرات الحمراء الصادرة عن الإنتربول، ونظام الاتصالات البديل للإنتربول (I-24/7)، والحلول المتكاملة بوصفها قنوات محتملة لتوجيه طلبات تبادل المعلومات.
