The South African Human Rights Commission adopted a decision on 18 July 2003 which deemed the slogan “Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer”, chanted by African National Congress activists at the funeral last year of a leader of the anti-apartheid movement, not to be protected by the freedom-of-expression provisions of the Constitution.
وفي جنوب أفريقيا، اعتمدت لجنة حقوق الإنسان في 18 تموز/يوليه 2003، قرارا يعتبر استخدام شعار “اقتل البوور، اقتل المزارع” الذي شرع في استخدامه مناضلو المؤتمر الوطني الأفريقي في السنة الماضية بمناسبة جنازة أحد زعماء حركة مناهضة الفصل العنصري، غير مشمول بحماية أحكام الدستور المتصلة بحرية التعبير.

As Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement, Malaysia had spearheaded the mobilization of global public opinion, drawing inspiration from the global anti-apartheid movement, in order to increase awareness of the complexity of the question of Palestine and the situation in the occupied territories.
وإن ماليزيا بوصفها رئيسة حركة بلدان عدم الانحياز تزعمت تعبئة الرأي العام العالمي واستفادت في عملها ذلك من الحركة العالمية لمناهضة الفصل العنصري وذلك من أجل زيادة الوعي بتعقيد قضية فلسطين والحالة في الأراضي المحتلة.
