In its resolution 2005/2 of 7 April 2005, the Commission on Human Rights decided to establish a working group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination, composed of five independent experts, one from each regional group, to meet for a period of three years.
قررت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، بموجب قرارها 2005/7 المؤرخ 7 نيسان/أبريل 2005، إنشاء فريق عامل يُعنى باستخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير، ويتألف من خمسة خبراء مستقلين، واحد من كل مجموعة إقليمية، ليعمل لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
