  وإلى أن يثبت العكس، يعتبر الشخص على علم بأنه يعيش بصفة كاملة أو جزئية على دخل من دعارة إذا تبين أنه يعيش مع امرأة تمارس الدعارة أو يصاحبها بشكل معتاد، أو أنه يمارس مراقبة أو توجيه تحركات تلك المرأة أو التحكم فيها بأية طريقة تبين أنه يساعد أو يحرض أو يجبر شخصا على ممارسة الدعارة مع أي شخص آخر بصفة عامة.
