On 24 November 1999, the defence for Stevan Todorović filed a notice of motion for judicial assistance in connection with SFOR and other military and security forces operating in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking the assistance of Trial Chamber III in obtaining information and documents in connection with the evidentiary hearing to be held on Mr. Todorović's petition challenging the legality of his arrest.
وفي 24 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1999، قدم الدفاع عن ستيفان تودوروفيتش إشعارا للمطالبة بمساعدة قضائية بشأن قوة تحقيق الاستقرار وسائر القوى العسكرية والأمنية العاملة بإقليم البوسنة والهرسك، وذلك لالتماس مساعدة الدائرة الابتدائية الثالثة في الحصول على المعلومات والوثائق المتصلة بجلسة تقديم الأدلة التي ستعقد بناء على طلب السيد تودوروفيتش الذي يطعن فيه في مشروعية إلقاء القبض عليه.

يجوز وقف العمل بهذا النظام بموجب قرار من المؤتمر شريطة الإخطار بالمقترح الإجرائي بوقف العمل به قبل 24 ساعة.
