The case of 15 men, a juvenile presumed to be 15 years old and a woman accused of treason and misprision of treason for their alleged roles in the attack on an army depot in Wellington on 13 January 2003, was first heard before the Magistrate court and then committed to the High Court in Freetown on 31 March 2003.
