  وأشار رئيس المحكمة الدولية لرواندا إلى أنه رغم أن سلطات المحكمة لا تعتبر حاليا أن الإبلاغ من جانب أعضاء أفرقة الدفاع عـن تقاسم الأتعاب يشكل انتهاكا لحـق المحافظة على سرية المعلومات المتبادلة بين محامي الدفاع وموكله، فإن من شأن اعتماد نص قانوني صريح أن يوضح هذا الوضع.

  السيد الزياني (البحرين): قال إن تقرير المفوض العام كشف عن العديد من الصعوبات التي واجهت الأونروا وموظفيها على مدى السنة الماضية جراء التدابير التقييدية التي تتخذها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وانتهاكها الصريح لحصانات الوكالة وموظفيها، بمن فيهم المفوض العام نفسه.
