  المادة 34: الإعفاء من واجب المحافظة على الأسرار المهنية
• All advisers are covered by the obligation of professional secrecy.
  ويلتزم جميع المستشارين بسر المهنة.
• They should consider themselves bound by a duty of professional secrecy.
  وينبغي أن يضعوا في اعتبارهم واجب الالتزام بالسرية المهنية.
• Summarizing, Professional Secrecy does not neutralize the duty to cooperate with justice.
  وخلاصة القول إن مبدأ السرية المهنية لا يبطل واجب التعاون مع القضاء.
• Official or professional secrecy cannot be invoked to evade the obligation to inform the authorities.
  (2) لا يجوز التذرع بالسرية الرسمية أو المهنية لتحاشي الالتزام بإبلاغ السلطات.
• Banks may not invoke professional secrecy before these authorities or the Bank Almaghrib (the Central Bank) (article 595-4).
  ولا يجوز للأبناك أن تواجه تلك السلطات أو بنك المغرب بمبدأ الحفاظ على السر المهني (المادة 4-595).
