(أ) على كل موظف، وقت تعيينه، أن يسمي كتابة المستفيد أو المستفيدين الذين يختارهم، وذلك في استمارة يحددها الأمين العام ويتحمل الموظف مسؤولية إبلاغ الأمين العام بأية إلغاءات أو تغييرات تتعلق بالمستفيدين.
