Bolivia agreed to (a) deliver a certificate of exemption from military service to the petitioner; (b) issue the certificate of exemption free of charge, without making it conditional on payment of the military tax or any other form of consideration; (c) issue a ministerial decision establishing that in the event of armed conflict, the petitioner would not be sent to the front or called up as an auxiliary in view of his status as a conscientious objector; (d) incorporate the right of conscientious objection to military service in preliminary drafts for the reform of military legislation; (e) promote, with the Ministry of Justice, approval by Congress of military legislation incorporating the right of conscientious objection to military service.
ووافقت بوليفيا على ما يلي: (أ) منح مقـدم الالتماس شهادة إعفاء مـن الخدمة العسكرية؛ (ب) إصدار شهادة الإعفاء مجاناً ودون اشتراط دفع الضريبة العسكرية أو عوضٍ آخر؛ (ج) إصدار قرار وزاري ينص على أنه في حالة نشوب نزاع مسلح لا يرسَل مقدم الالتماس إلى الجبهة ولا يستدعى لأداء وظيفة مساعدة بالنظر إلى مركزه كمستنكف ضميري؛ (د) إدراج الحق في الاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية في المشاريع الأولية لإصلاح التشريع العسكري؛ (ه) العمل مع وزارة العدل على تشجيع قبول الكونغرس تشريعاً عسكرياً يدمج الحق في الاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية.
